There’s such a profound connection between your mind and the many porn scenes that you’ve watched. This connection is the the key substance that’s fueling this porn addiction
One thing you may notice is that the very porn scenes being recorded in your memory system are still popping up and playing on the big internal screen of your mind in the midst of cravings.
They are doing so all on their own while you are trying to stop that by steering your mind to something pure.
The reason is that this addiction literally highjacks the very fabric of how your imagination system works.
This allows cravings to find their way in the system unhindered in order to hit the play button of any scene that you initially watched.
You also have your mind itself trying to create its own version of reality in connection to these porn scenes without your own conscious involvement.
Things are just happening automatically because the system has been programmed that way.
This vice rewires the mind in a perverted fashion, which defiles your own imagination system.
You Don’t Just Watch Porn
If I were to put that into perspective. When watching a scene, you feel like entering the scene yourself in order to replace the male talent if you happen to be a male reading this.
You literally replace that performer by projecting yourself into the scene to perform the acts mentally.
A part of you which isn’t bound by time, space, and matter is in the scene. You are living out the moment to the fullest.
Guess what?
When getting caught up in the heat of the moment, you try to use your own creativity to make up for wherever that performer came short at.
When visualizing yourself into the scene, you are saying to yourself if I were him, I would have done this or that.
Mentally speaking, you don’t just watch these scenes, you are actually in them.
To a large degree, it becomes all about you acting out upon what you are watching mentally. There’s a powerful connection being built up between your mind and these scenes.
The very fabric of your brain called neurons have become programmed in such a way where you become mentally equipped to physically act out upon what you’ve watched.
That’s why whenever a scene pops up in your mind, you tend to see yourself within the reality of this scene. It becomes automatic.
When you go out there say and see women, the next thing you want to do is reenact these scenes in your mind.
This tendency continues even after quitting.
Your ability to consciously control what’s going is being overrun by intrusive thoughts about indulgence pervading your thinking.
